We build your questions
About 28 questions like "best roofer in [your city]" or "emergency plumber open Saturday near [area]", plus a few that ask about you by name. You can ask us to change any of them.
We ask ChatGPT
We ask each question once on ChatGPT's public website, using a free account and a new chat for every question. We record whether it named you, in what order, who it named instead, and which websites it cited when it shows sources, and we keep a screenshot of each answer.
We check your public pages
Our own checker (the same one behind our free tools) reads your robots.txt and your homepage, plus up to 5 pages you choose: whether AI search crawlers are allowed, HTTPS, noindex, title, description, main heading, canonical link, structured data (JSON-LD and LocalBusiness details), and whether your name, address and phone appear on the page. It respects your robots.txt.
You get your report
A PDF with what ChatGPT said and a prioritized fix list, within 3 business days of receiving your details. We answer questions about it for 30 days. If we can't complete your audit, we refund you in full.

What we can and can't tell you
- ChatGPT only. We ask ChatGPT about 28 questions a customer might ask about your type of business and city, and report whether and how it mentions you. We use ChatGPT's public website with a free account, one question per new chat. We don't check other AI assistants, paid ChatGPT plans, or voice assistants.
- Results vary. ChatGPT's answers change with the model version, plan, settings, location, chat history, and from one day to the next. We ask from our own location, not yours. Your report is a dated sample, not a copy of what every customer sees.
- No ranking guarantees. Nobody outside the AI companies controls what an AI assistant recommends. Our fixes are based on public guidance from search and AI providers and on general good practice; they can improve your chances but cannot guarantee a mention.
- Public information only. We never ask for passwords or account access, never log in to your accounts, and never change anything on your site or listings.
- AI-generated quotes. Your report quotes short excerpts of ChatGPT's answers, labelled as AI-generated with the date. They may be inaccurate and aren't our statements.
- Not advice outside marketing. Reports cover website and listing basics. They aren't legal, licensing, or other professional advice.
- Not affiliated. NearEcho is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, or any other AI provider. Product names are used only to describe what we test.

Why would AI assistants recommend a local business at all?
People increasingly ask assistants questions like "who's a good electrician near me?". When an assistant has web search turned on, it looks up pages and listings and then names businesses in its answer. If you're not in those sources — or they're inconsistent — you're easy to skip. Our guide explains what is publicly known.
Will you guarantee I show up in ChatGPT?
No. No one can honestly guarantee that. We measure, explain what we see, and suggest fixes grounded in public guidance from the providers. Anyone promising guaranteed AI rankings is overselling.
Why might my results differ from what I see on my phone?
ChatGPT's answers change with the model version, free or paid plan, location, chat history, settings, and the day you ask. We ask on ChatGPT's public website with a free account, from our own location, one question per new chat, and the report shows the date of each answer. Treat it as a dated snapshot, not a copy of what every customer sees.
How long does the audit take?
We email you from hello@valleyfill.com within 1 business day of your order to ask for a few details (never passwords), and send your report within 3 business days of receiving them. If we can't finish it, we tell you and refund you in full.
Do you need my passwords or access to my accounts?
No, never. We only use public information: your website, the answers ChatGPT gives on its public website, and any public listing details you choose to send us. Never send us a password.
What's in the fix list?
Practical tasks such as: completing and verifying your Google Business Profile, keeping your name/address/phone identical everywhere, adding LocalBusiness structured data, writing clear service and FAQ pages, and making sure your robots.txt doesn't block AI search crawlers like OAI-SearchBot.
Do you do the fixes for me?
No. The list is written so you, your web person, or your agency can do it, with copy-paste snippets where possible. White-label reports for agencies are coming soon with the Agency plan.
Do you contact my competitors or post anything about me?
No. We only ask ChatGPT our questions and read the answers. We never post reviews, create listings, or contact anyone on your behalf.
Can I cancel?
The $49 audit is a one-time purchase with nothing to cancel. Solo and Agency aren't open yet; when they open, monthly plans will be cancellable any time and won't renew after the current period.
